Our History
Since 1989 Bailey Helicopters has proudly delivered outstanding customer service and has become one of the most respected rotary wing operators in the north.
Bailey Helicopters Ltd. was Established in March 1989 with one Bell 47 in Order to service a contract in the North Helmut oilfields of British Columbia.
Two years later the company purchased its first JetRanger. In 1995 a 15,000 square foot hanger was purchased in Fort St. John, British Columbia, which today remains the company’s head office.
With the addition of Prince George, Fort Nelson, Calgary and Edmonton operations centers, Bailey Helicopters has grown steadily over the years to become one of the most respected rotary wing operators in the North.
