Responsibilities:
× Prospect and identify new clients through networking, cold calling, advertising, and industry events.
× Develop and maintain rapport with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and continuous business growth.
× Lead strategic planning efforts to expand new business opportunities and revenue streams.
× Conduct market research to stay ahead of aviation trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
× Collaborate with senior management and technical staff to align business strategies with organizational goals.
× Present innovative solutions and services that enhance client success and strengthen business relationships.
× Establish and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
× Represent the company at aviation conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build connections and gather market insights.
× Ensure all business activities align with corporate values, confidentiality standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
× Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Business, Aviation Management, Marketing, or related field.
× Minimum two (2) years of business development experience in a B2B environment, preferably within aviation.
× Strong understanding of market trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitive landscapes.
× Exceptional networking, public speaking, and negotiation skills.
× Ability to strategically plan and implement business growth initiatives.
× Proficient in computer applications including Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in preparing accurate and competitive quotes for clients.
× Must possess a valid driver’s license and passport for travel.
× Proficiency in MS Office and aptitude for learning industry-specific software.
